  2. Asurion Complaints App / Ticketing UI Design Asurion Complaints App / Ticketing UI Design — Here's a sneak peak on a Complaints App I am working on with my team here. It will help facilitate agents delegate tickets, search tickets by a unique ID#, as well as create a new ticket. This is going to be a large project that I am excited to be a part of. Currently designing small chunks and then testing it with our agents to see what works best and what doesn't.

Saved Receipt Mobile page Saved Receipt Mobile page — Want to make it crystal clear to the user that their receipt has now been saved and they can simply file a claim on that product right here if there is something wrong with it, if not we have it stored for them.   11. Population Health Mobile App Population Health Mobile App — This would be the My Friends screen design, which you could simple touch their avatar to reveal their details and goal progress.

Population Health Mobile App Population Health Mobile App — This is a design that I worked on that would introduce population health and it's goal oriented functionality into our existing healthcare products platform. I used a mobile first design approach. I thought it would be more relevant to show where you rank among your peers first, then you can see all the rankings as secondary interaction.   15. Provider Telehealth App Provider Telehealth App — Click on the full screen attached to view a provider side of the new telehealth web app I designed. The thought process was to only show what was relevant to the provider instead of the cluttered calendar layout details, etc. There is a pop up window that slides up from the bottom that has different messaging depending on how close it is to your virtual appt.

  24. Stock Photo Search Engine Web Design Stock Photo Search Engine Web Design — Here is the desktop only version of this home page for a new website I am designing for a client of ours. There will be a neat parallax scrolling effect with the background image on the testimonials section. The photo grid in the How it Works section will have those thumbnails flipping like Wheel Of Fortune letter tiles randomly at a slow animation speed. I think it is coming along well so far....
